General information for English grade 8 (2025/26)

 

Material:

 

 

 

• folder DinA 4
• grid paper or ruled paper (your choice) with margin
• "Klassenarbeitsheft" for class tests (ruled paper, broad margin on one side, hand in till 19^th  September)
• how you learn your words is up to you (vocab folder, cards,....)
• please bring along your English books every lesson!
•  

 

Mark:
written mark + oral mark    60% :     40%
written mark: 
        4 class tests

 

        vocab tests every second week = 1 class test
       
oral mark:
        qualitative performance                       
        quantitative performance                       
        working attitude and performance (individual work, partner work, group work, presentations...)

GFS:
Possible of course. There won't be a list of topics, so if you are interested in doing a GFS in English, come to me as early as possible with a suggestion for a topic. However, a maximum of five GFS is possible. First come, first serve.
